Good hotel, some minor issues

The hotel is close to City Gate Shopping area. It only takes 5 minutes to walk there. The staff was efficient, and they were helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and was well presented.
The pillows were not great. I found them uncomfortable. I found the shower could not maintain a constant temperature. It fluctuated too much. There is little public space.
